Filters
Filters
Filters can be considered the most powerful tool of any crypto trading terminal. As an active trader, it is incredibly important to be able to filter the different markets, as well as your own trading activity. In the Volven crypto trading terminal, there are numerous ways to filter your crypto trading activity. You could easily switch viewing between a full overview of the DeFi markets, Layer 1, Layer 2, and more. You can also filter by volume, price, or any other value available.
Letβs create two examples, one to view the market and one for your orders.
How to create filters in Volven
Example 1: Filtering on exchanges and products in Ticker
- Click the Filter icon -> Manage filters
- Click Add filter -> New filter
- Select your new filter and click Add rule and expand it
-
- Choose the category βExchangeβ
- Set βISβ and βEQUALβ to only show results that is equal to your selected exchange in next step.
- Choose βBinanceβ from the selection of exchanges
-
The rules are applied in real-time, so when you are finished close the window. If you followed this example, when you go back to the Ticker window it should only trading products on Binance.
You can add as many rules as you like, for example, products to include filtering by crypto trading symbols as well as the exchange.
Example 2: Filtering your own trading orders to show only live orders.
- Click the Filter icon -> Manage filters
- Click Add filter -> New filter
- Select your new filter and click Add rule and expand it
-
- Choose the category βStatusβ
- Set βNOTβ and βEQUALβ to only show results that are NOT equal to your selected status in the next step.
- Choose βdeletedβ from the selection of statuses.
-
If you followed this example, when you go back to the Orders window, you will only see Orders that are live.
